The staff were very friendly and happy to help us. The location was great -- 5 minutes from the station, 8 minutes from a strip mall and grocery store. The price was good and we got a last minute booking to boot. Delicious ramen next door.

Unfortunately, my parents did not like very much about the hotel. If you are used to a high standard of rooms, this is not it. It is a bit old and small, but good value for money I think.

We booked this stay last minute, we weren't expecting much but we were pleasantly surprised. The location was super close to the train station, about a 10-minute walk. Close to the buses to mount fuji trails. They offered free curry for dinner and breakfast. The staff was incredibly helpful and kind when answering questions about the mountain

Quite near to train station and a big supermarket is nearby, very accessible love the complimentary rice or udon with curry. The reception staff that attended to me is very very very helpful and polite, thank you, sorry i forgot her name but i pen it in the other survey. I tried the japanese style room (1night) and western style (1 night), both very pleasant and clean. The only thing is the Onsen is only for male….hope you’ll can factor for female in future when more females travel.

Room was slightly small but it was clean and cozy. Parking was plenty even though requires a short walk. Staff were friendly and able to converse in English. There is also a public bath for men. View was the best as we were able to see Fuji from the main entrance.

Free dinner - we love the curry rice and udon. Also, the toiletries are very good. Service robe. Conditioners and shampoos are as good as bath showers. The view is spectacular. The kitchen staff are so great.

- The staff are great (friendly and accommodating) - the room for three is great (huge, nice and clean) - the service is great (they provide free dinner and they allow our baggage to be left overnight) - the location is great (near the station and groceries)

The room is spacious enough. There is free diner from 18:00 to 20:30 and public bath(only for men). It takes about 5 minutes to walk to Gotemba Station. The best thing is that You can Mt.Fuji from the room!
